Rates and Packages

Our coaching can last as long as you feel you need it, and I will help you track your progress along the way. In addition to our sessions together, you will have exercises and action steps to take between sessions, and I will be available to you via email during our engagement.

Ideally, we’ll meet weekly – it’s the best way to facilitate rapid change. However, if you need more flexible scheduling, we can work that out.

Note: Health insurance does not cover coaching, but you may be able to negotiate with your employer to cover the cost as part of your professional development.
